Social Media Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our social media accounts, develop innovative content strategies, liaise with external agencies, and actively participate in content creation, including planning and attending shoots. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft engaging content that aligns with our brand's identity and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

*Social Media Account Management:

• Oversee and manage all company social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, XHS, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain audience engagement.

*Strategy Development:

• Plan and execute social media strategies to meet brand and marketing objectives, including audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify trends to keep the brand relevant.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with broader business goals.

*Agency Coordination:

*Content Creation & Planning:

• Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

The Facilities Management team is responsible for ensuring that our buildings and facilities support the empowerment and inclusion of our users. To this end, the team ensures that our building and facilities are accessible, safe and in working order, while also ensuring that the needs of our occupants are met.

The Senior/Executive (Facilities Management) will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of the RC’s estate and facilities, through regular building and M&E inspections, compliance to authorities’ requirements and management of service subcontractors to effectively achieve the highest standard. The postholder will also ensure that all facilities maintenance issues and emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption. The postholder will work closely with vendors/contractors such as security force, cafeteria and transport services.

Critical Work Functions

Implementation of safety policies and initiatives to ensure a conducive and Safe Environment for Users

• Develop and implement preventive/corrective maintenance programs for M&E installations
• Develop and implement fire emergency plan, fire safety audit, maintenance plan for security surveillance systems and carpark facilities to achieve highest standard of safety and security
• Requisite safety and security equipment and parts
• Follow up and investigate incidents or complaints relating to fire safety and security in RC campuses and properties

Liaison with subcontractors and vendors

• Follow through the tender, evaluation and recommendation of service or term contracts, as well as its administration and management to ensure works are carried out in accordance to planned schedules, budget and approved specifications.
• Conduct general inspection to identify services for rectification and oversee sub-contractors’ performance in accordance with contractual work scope and timeline of completion
• Regularly coordinate and escort the external vendors to carry out regular maintenance and fixing services accordingly to schedule or as needed
• Plan the transportation deployment of the school vehicles; and ensure maintenance and upkeep of the school vehicles.

• Remain up to date and compliant with all relevant legislation, organizational procedures and policies

The Program in Translational and Clinical Liver Cancer Research is a dynamic enterprise within the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) that conducts leading clinical and translational research in primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)). Nested within the program is the Secretariat of the Asia-Pacific Hepatocellular Carcinoma (AHCC) Trials Group. The AHCC Trials Group is a collaborative multi-national research network that spans across the Asia Pacific region, and actively engages in a spectrum of clinical trials translation research and clinical trials that ultimately aim address unmet clinical needs of HCC.

Job Description:

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys thinking and managing projects independently but also as a team player.

You will be part of an active research enterprise management team that closely works with other teams in clinical research coordination, wet laboratory research and bioinformatics. The Program encompasses a wide range of of biomedical research from upstream and translational studies to prospective multi-site clinical studies. There will be opportunities to develop a deep understanding of the biomedical ecosystem, and to work with key scientific opinion leaders, and pharmaceutical and biotech industry partners both locally and overseas. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Coordinating and engaging various internal and external stakeholders in the management of multi-institution and/or multi-national collaborations.

- Initiating and supporting research activities including (but not limited to) research grant applications, SOP development, and project budgeting.

SUMMARY:

Develop business for the Regional Sales department by being contact point for overseas agents’ enquiries and local customers for both local and overseas market. Ensure compliance with company’s guidelines and to ensure an extremely high service level is maintained operationally to our direct clients and partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle operations on an A-Z basis file, on global shipments reporting to the Manager.
• Handle global & local enquiries for rates.
• Diligently source for best rate options to remain competitive to enhance the volume of shipments.
• Ensure rates quoted are accepted by agents/partners/ customers before shipment takes in effect.
• Proactively follow up on quotation sent to agents/partners/customers with closure.
• In charge of coordination of shipments for overseas market, when necessary.
• Maintain Sales and P&L reports and comply with all management directives in a prompt and concise manner.
• Maintain existing and develop new relationships with carriers, airlines and co-loaders where needed, in order to provide solutions and optimize revenue.
• Minimize the risk be it financial or liabilities to M+R for all shipments in accordance with guidelines set by the management and/or SOPS and to utilize the company’s IT tools and to actively promote them.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all SOPS on a regular basis and keep the management regularly and pro-actively updated.
• Assist Manager on ad-hoc duties whenever necessary.
