Assist in Creating HACCP Documentation:

• Develop HACCP Plans: Collaborate with the consultant to create detailed HACCP plans for muffin production, identifying potential food safety hazards and determining critical control points (CCPs).

Job Requirements:

Titan Digital Media is looking for Business Development, Marketing and Sales account positions. This role will be reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside Titan’s channel managers and exclusive talent profiles to push and amplify marketing efforts across social media platforms.

Job Description:

• To own project leadership capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit and exhibit proactiveness at work, exhibit qualities of perseverance and flexibility and the ever changing media space
• Work alongside Managing Director of Titan with project based activities which include Titan's New divisions - Account Management, PR Relations, Product Development, Offline workshops management, facilitate Titan events and public speaking events
• Assis in driving new commercial related initiatives including driving social e-commerce functions, corporate branding and initiatives to drive additional revenue streams
• Launch 360 Marketing Campaigns on a Local, Regional, and Global level

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop brand strategies in relation to Titan Digital Media Influencers and YouTube Channels and to execute digital related activities to build advocacy for Titan’s services in-market
• Work with key stakeholders across the company and external partners to guide strategy and execution
• Commercial role to drive revenue from projects related to brand development and social commerce
• Responsible to managing website e-commerce operation for SG market and to lead e-commerce activities and execute launches to achieve sales targets
• Measure and analyze activity with data-driven insights with strong understanding of performance metrics
• Implement all organic social engagement campaigns across social media channels (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)
• Identify social content opportunities that drive customers, seller value branding
• Assist Business Development team with daily operations involving development of data-driven recommendations to drive branding of Titan Digital Media
• Engage in Project Management related initiatives including driving social e-commerce functions, corporate branding and initiatives to drive additional revenue streams
• To create branding decks and business proposals for various pitches to potential clients and collaborative projects
• Liaising and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders in the business development field
• To attend meetings, conferences and to engage in brainstorming and planning on all social media activations relevant to Titan Digital Media

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and walk-ins, providing excellent service.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Uplift the existing Administrative, Human Resources, Finance and/or Logistics aspect of the company.
• Assist in Human Resource-related responsibilities, such as Time & Attendance, Claims, Employee Records, On-boarding and other day-to-day tasks assigned by the Directors.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable duties such as maintaining and following up for the Outstanding Payment list, Invoice creation and liaising with the Sales Team to obtain Invoice payment from customers.
• Maintain the structure of accurate records of inventory and warranty of our product offerings, both hardware and software. Maintain company's organization chart and admin-related documentations and records, such as preparing letter of offer, confirmation, increment & promotion, etc.
• Appreciate the initiative to continuously improve the company’s standard operation procedures (S.O.P), system and structure as well as the welfare of the company.
• Periodically assist Sales Team on administrative tasks (Sales Pipeline, Commission calculation, etc).

Requirement:-

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Good understanding of the HR practices including Employment Act
• Good organisational skills with ability to carry out analytical and coordination work
• Good working attitude & self-driven
• Able to work in a fast – paced environment
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) and able to interact with people at all levels
• Proficient Microsoft Office applications
