Functions and Responsibilities

· Support Operator / Marine Superintendent in maintaining / updating HSSEQ management system

· Arranging and monitoring the progress of vessel vetting inspections from initial request to final close out and approval, including communications to the vessel, oil majors, vessel agents and relevant internal departments

· Attend Marine Department meetings, record minutes and distribute as required.

• Handle Full / Partial set Accounts and other adhoc duties.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day to day operational issues with the staff

• Oversee the daily operations to ensure smooth functioning in the process

• Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly schedule, attendance, leave schedule and duty schedule

• Oversee the scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicle

• Shifting of scheduling based on day-to-day requirements

• Handle calls from drivers pertaining to any accidents or vehicle breakdown

• Verification of all ad hoc bus driver timesheet submission

• Assignment of subcontracts for outsourcing jobs

• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Role & Responsibilities :

Handle full set of accounts, including Account Payable and Account Receivable, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation.

Handle multiple books.
Generate invoices.
Prepare GIRO collection/ payment via online banking.
Prepare Payroll and CPF submission.
Prepare GST submission.
Prepare financial reports for management.
Assist in Tax computation
Assist Financial reports for submission to authorities.
Other ad hoc duties as required by the Management.

Requirements:

Min. Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/ Finance.
Min. 5 years’ experience in relevant scope of work.
Hands on experience in accounting software eg. SQL, Sage, MYOB.
Hands on experience in HR & CRM software would be an advantage. InfoTech HRM & Taidii CRM.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Words and Excel with good knowledge in pivot table, vlookup functions etc.
Familiar with government online portal (optional).
Well spoken and written English.
Organised and meticulous with good attention to details
Good time management and ability to multi-task

Working Hour & Location:- 9am to 6pm, 5-days week.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare full set of Shipping Documentation for ocean import/export shipments (i.e Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, Insurance Documents, etc)

· Maintain communications with internal and external parties and control through all phases of the journey of the shipment

· Responsible for order/data accuracy and quality in Elite Digital System and SAP

· Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedure
