Get to Know the Role

This candidate will be responsible for performing daily QC equipment checks, machine setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance. Duties include air particle count measurements, incoming material inspections, and supporting measurement requests. Manage QC spare part inventory, prepare reports, and analyze trends. Ensure cleanroom standards are maintained and assist engineers as needed. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors, contributing to quality control and operational efficiency.

• To set up machine recipe upon request

Key responsibilities

We are the University of Cambridge research centre in Singapore called Cambridge CARES, sponsored by the NRF CREATE program CAM.CREATE. Health-driven design for cities (HD4) is a collaborative research programme between the University of Cambridge, Nanyang Technological University and National University Singapore within Cambridge CARES.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Air Quality Modeller to join HD4. Working collaboratively with a team of population health scientists, geospatial scientists, and data engineers the post holder will lead on building various emission inventories and air quality models for Singapore which incorporate the various air pollution sources in the country and allow for linkage with the geolocations of participants of the Singapore 100K cohort (SG100K), including some geo-located behavioural data. The models will also be set-up and used subsequent scenario modelling to estimate the impact of interventions on air quality and health and disentangle the various sources through source apportionment. This role requires a multi-skilled individual that can work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work closely with researchers to understand the data needs of the programme and contribute to the design of scientifically robust and policy relevant models linking emission inventories to air quality models and spatially and temporally assigning exposures for human participants in subsequent epidemiological analyses and health impact assessments.
• Data, identification, production, and assembly: Collaborate with team and external scientists, national and local organizations, and conduct independent literature reviews to produce and synthesise the required data sources with high temporal and spatial resolution and to link data across various sources.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in EE/Physics/Material Science or other related engineering discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in Integrated Circuit process and Reliability Assurance management.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, wafer-level reliability, and statistical quality control methods.
• Experience in risk assessment and developing corrective action plans.

Job Description & Requirements
· Oversee and manage all cleaning related activities at various customer sites. Experience in managing a large cleaning crew.· Manage and monitor site cleaning duties, coordinate work activities and operations, including site inspection, sanitation, statutory compliance and on-site safety, WSH policy and guidelines· Responsible for the upkeep of equipment and machinery· Tracking/Ordering consumables and supplies· Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machiner· Recommend and execute operation plans to improve work processes and service quality· Serve as liaison between Supervisors and Clients to meet quality service delivery· Managing resources, work procedures, cleaning operations and attend to work incidents· Plan and implement work schedule and manage manpower deployment· Ensuring clients and customers feedback are attended promptly and meeting or exceeding their expectation· Assist in the hiring, on-boarding and training of new employee· Perform quality, service, and safety audit· Handle employees work concerns and issues· Provide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvement· Maintain detailed records of periodical work done· Provide direct supervision to supervisors in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned sites· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.· Required language(s): English· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.· Required Skill(s): cleaning validation, customer service, environment health, hygience, inspectation, operations management, machinery, team management, time management, supervisory experience, sanitation, teamwork
