6. Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
• Engage with partner to gather customer feedback.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

• Ensure accurate documentation of trade routes, service agreements, and performance metrics.
• Regularly report findings and recommendations to management to support strategic initiatives.

• Managing the commercial review of finance and transaction documents.
• Supporting on pricing and commercial negotiations.
• Liaising with legal counsels and transaction participants and management transaction logistics related to closing, conditions precedent and conditions subsequent with minimal supervision.
• Managing ongoing administration requirements.
• Administering opening and ongoing administration of bank and brokerage accounts.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in similar role.
• Tertiary or professional qualification or experience in relevant field.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders in parallel.
• Demonstratable ability to review finance and transaction documents.

Key responsibilities:

1. POL Agent Management:

• Collaborate with POL agents to facilitate container bookings and maximize vessel utilization.
• Monitor agent performance and resolve any issues related to booking and operational efficiency.

2. Capacity Management:

• Analyze booking trends and forecasts to ensure optimal vessel capacity.
• Communicate with operations to adjust schedules based on capacity needs.

3. Weekly Service Performance Reporting:

• Prepare and distribute weekly service performance reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for service enhancement.

4. Operational Follow-up:

• Track ongoing service operation matters and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address any operational challenges affecting service delivery.
• Work closely with Port of Loading (POL), Port of Discharge (POD), Direct Freight (DF), and Operations teams on ongoing service operations.

5. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all shipping documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, service performance, and agent communications.

6. Financial Oversight:

• Compile Profit and Loss (P&L) statements once vessels depart from the last port to the Trade department.
• Maintain up-to-date P&L and follow up on any invoice discrepancies with overseas offices until resolved, providing updates to the marketing/trade team.

7. Continuous Improvement:

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Participate in regular meetings with teams to discuss performance, capacity issues, and customer feedback.

· Conceptualize and manage publicity aspects for promotion of schemes for families deals

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing or Communications.

· Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Experience in past creative agencies will be an advantage.

· Experience in managing multiple social media platforms.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm and execute creative event marketing strategies.
• Assist in content creation for promotional materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and digital or print materials.
• Take the lead in updating websites with the latest information and promotional content.
• Support the production of promotional videos, newsletters, and blogs for event promotion.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on key performance metrics.
• Manage partnerships with media outlets and third-party marketing vendors.
• Work closely with the Indonesian team to ensure local relevance in marketing strategies and content.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for targeted audience outreach and engagement.
• Support sales team in lead generation for assigned shows which includes creating and maintaining a list/database via sales tools (Salesforce, Sales Cloud, CRM, Excel, etc.).
• Provide general customer support for exhibitors via email, telephone, or social media.
• Ensure timely dissemination to all relevant stakeholders of all project management documentation and administration.
• Provide end-to-end exhibition management; actively troubleshoot any arising concerns pre-event and on-site for exhibitor support.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High proficiency in MS Office and Canva, with basic experience in Mailchimp, Salesforce, ChatGPT, and basic skills in video editing and Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
