Job Description:

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing campaigns across paid and owned media channels and social platforms
• Ensure quality output with effective execution of all marketing campaigns and materials.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and audit requirements for all communications
• Closely track, analyse and report the performance of all marketing campaigns to ensure results are on track and optimised.
• Manage the day-to-day relationships with key stakeholders, agency partners and vendors, to ensure marketing communications adhere to brand strategy and regulatory requirements while keeping to project deadlines

Job Scope:

• Support assistant manager (Fundraising governance) in delivering best practice management to fundraising campaigns and related matters
• Overseeing regulations of the fundraising and development work, reviewing fundraising collaterals, gift agreements, appeal letters and preparation of management reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Manage the protocols on fundraising based on statutory requirements and best practices.
• Required to liaise with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders
• Involved in the harmonisation of fundraising, risk policies and processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate and charity governance and regulatory requirements on all fundraising matters.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Accounting/ Business Management or any relevant field
• Min. 2-4 years experience
• Proficient with Visio for drawing of process maps, data analysis and presentations
• Experience in charitable governance and fundraising function would be an advantage
