As a Non-Volatile Memory Quality & Reliability Assurance (NVMQRA) Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for performing formal Failure Analysis of customer reported failing devices via the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process. You will be required to summarize lab analysis results at the electrical and physical level to identify root cause and establish an associated containment plan. In this role, you will have the opportunities to collaborate with various engineering and manufacturing stakeholders to evaluate and review Corrective Actions /Preventive Actions. You will provide documentation of the RMA findings and oversee the final customer report till closure. The Workplace Executive plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for visitors to the HQ office while providing essential support as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager. This multifaceted position also involves assisting various HQ functional departments with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration Support

• Welcome and direct visitors at the reception area, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
• Always maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Manage incoming calls, filtering and transferring them appropriately to team members
• Collect, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries to the respective recipients
• Oversee office stationery inventory and pantry refreshments ensuring availability
• Coordinate the ordering of name cards for team members

2. Office Facilities Management

• Manage and supervise office cleaning staff to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Manage and supervise services such as air-conditioning maintenance, pest control, water dispenser servicing and liaise with building management for facility-related issues
• Coordinate fire drills and other safety measures
• Regularly review and update administration policies, including leisure programs

3. Event and Logistical Support

• Provide logistical support for Company Events, Operations Meetings, Internal Training Sessions and Social activities such as fitness programs, fruit days, marathons, annual Dinner & Dance
• Assist in office relocations, ensuring a smooth transition

4. Personal Assistant Duties

• Arrange travel logistics for senior management including flight bookings, hotel accommodations and visa applications
• Minutes taking and report collations on a weekly basis
• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Support the General Manager with ad-hoc projects as assigned

5. HQ Functional Departments Support

• Provide general administrative support to all HQ departments as needed
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in office administration, facilities management and/or HR
• Proficient in MS Office applications with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive working attitute with high initiative and self-motivated mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken Chinese to liaise with vendors and colleagues in Taiwan and Hong Kong offices.

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for preparing full sets of accounts.
• Prepare payment to suppliers, contractors and consultants.
• Update AR and follow up with the customers for the outstanding debt.
• Update daily cash flow for incoming and outgoing fund.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Handle corporate tax and GST filing.
• Liaise with auditors, government agencies, financial institutions and tax agents.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent, Post Graduate Diploma/ LCCI / CAT.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting.
• At least 5 year's of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full set of accounts for at least 3 years.
• A team player, proactive, good attitude, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience in using Moneyworks, Autocount, MYOB accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• With audit experience will be an added advantage.

OTHER INFO

• 1 year contract (can be converted into permanent role).

• With AWS + performance bonus.
• 5 days week, Monday to Friday, 9 - 6pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

• Supporting the running, administration, update, and documentation of Care Corner's IT environment, such as but not limited to, PCs & peripherals, network, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, cloud backup solutions and Salesforce.
• Assisting with the monitoring and follow-up of system resources and alerts, including site availability, vulnerabilities and DNS records, and also Helpdesk tickets & reports.
• Managing projects, such as relocation or upgrade of office networks, and migration of telephony systems.
• Assisting with the research, development, troubleshooting and maintenance of low-code/no-code applications such as Power Automate & PowerBI.

REQUIREMENTS
