Job Description:

• Develop positive and negative scenario with matching End-to-End Automation Test cases using selenium
• Apply testing/quality assurance (QA) techniques to identify functional and/or non-functional defects within an application throughout its entire development and deployment life cycle
• Apply various types of testing including functional, non-functional, and maintenance testing (regression and confirmation testing) on software product
• Log test scripts and test execution results in the project/requirements management tool
• Log/report any defect found as incident reports and regularly following up with the development team to ensure these incidents are fixed

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science; Computer Engineering; Software Engineering; or other fields related to Information Technology, Quality Assurance, Software/Systems Testing is required
• Candidate with at least 2 years’ experience in related field
• Experiences with Selenium tool on web applications
• Experiences with software testing tools such as Jmeter and LoadRunner
• Programming knowledge like Java, Java script
• Experiences with Versioning control tools and CICD (git, Jenkins)
• Basic Knowledge on databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle.
• Experience with different operating systems, Windows, Linux, Mac
• Good attention to details is a must

Job Description

• Accountable and ownership over customer’s/supplier’s implementation and maintenance of company's standard Quality ManagementSystems
• Handle and develop management in areas of qualification, audits, continual assessments, engineering change and qualitynonconformance issues
• Seek continuous improvement in process, policy, and procedures.
• Identify and set KPI metrics using reporting tools to fulfil standards and regulations
• Work with internal stakeholders in supplier development/customer requirements to ensure procedures and specification compliance bysuppliers
• Track, analyze and evaluate of supplier performance weekly/monthly trends
• Track and maintain customer/supplier quality indices· Coordinate and facilitate all CAPA activities (internal and external)
• Assist in planning and execution of all certification audits· Develop, update, and maintain QMS training materials for customers / suppliers
• Develop proper coordination internally to ensure timely submission, escalate and proactively resolve overdue quality related issues anddocumentation deadlines
• Other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Department Manager
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering with Quality Concepts or related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in Electronics or Mechatronic with Quality Engineering as a minor.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years, all aspects of Quality Engineering experience in the high technology industry
• Familiarity with Electrical and Electronic manufacturing, Motor manufacturing and assembly, and/or semiconductors
• Overseas / cross-cultural / cross-geographical experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language internallyand externally

Job Summary

Work together with the team to execute and provide support for Family Life Programmes.

Principal Responsibilities

A. Programme Promotion & Coordination

• Program Coordination: Coordinate with schools & relevant providers on organising, scheduling & providing logistic support for all FLE programmes.
• Programme Outreach: Develop strategies to promote awareness of programs to schools, community and organisations.
• Publicity: Designing EDMs or doing simple videos for promotion of programmes when needed
• Referrals: Refer parents where necessary to resources and for follow up support such as counselling & information to meet their relevant needs.
• Execution & Quality Assurance: Ensuring programs are planned and executed professionally and KPIs are met. Ensure that funded programs are implemented with high quality and fidelity to the program model. This involves monitoring program delivery, providing feedback and support to staff, and implementing quality improvement initiatives as needed.

B. Administration

• Data Management and Reporting: Collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to programs. This may include tracking program outcomes, participant demographics, and feedback to assess program effectiveness and inform decision-making.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist and handle various administrative duties assigned by the supervisor; this may include the need to provide administrative and logistical support on some evenings and/or weekends, take on special projects, small to large scale events and other fund-raising event, etc.
• Requisition: Invoicing and requiting for payment where required.
• Procurement : Procuring the necessary logistics and materials for programs when required.

C. Collaboration with other parties

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary interface and liaise with various stakeholders involved in the program, including parents, community organisations, schools. Building and maintaining positive relationships with these stakeholders.
• External Trainer/Volunteer Management : Engage and manage a pool of Contract Trainers/Volunteers when required and evaluate delivery to ensure professional quality of service is delivered to clients.
• Collaboration inter-department: Collaborate with staff of other departments or with other service providers and partners that can positively enhance our TOUCH Parenting services and programmes to our clients
