Job Responsibilities

• To improve, implement and maintain factory-wide QA/QC documentation and programmes in compliance with the company’s GMP SOP to ensure materials, components, finished products and reporting are conform to customers’ requirements and industry standards

• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

• To liaise with third parties on matters related to the company’s GMP production facilities, machineries maintenance, certifications renewal, audits, customer feedback and product complaints. The third parties shall include certification body, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and authorities.

Job Requirement

What you will do

• Oversee the computer system validation (CSV) process for IT initiatives, such as upgrades to ERP and MES systems, change management and ensure sustained quality throughout software development, configuration, and testing phases

As a Non-Volatile Memory Quality & Reliability Assurance (NVMQRA) Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for performing formal Failure Analysis of customer reported failing devices via the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process. You will be required to summarize lab analysis results at the electrical and physical level to identify root cause and establish an associated containment plan. In this role, you will have the opportunities to collaborate with various engineering and manufacturing stakeholders to evaluate and review Corrective Actions /Preventive Actions. The Responsibilities:

Job Description:

• Perform full set accounts including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and audit schedules
• Review invoices posting and process payments
• Intercompany billings and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation
• Review staff claims to ensure it is accurate and supported before payment is made
• Cashflow monitoring
• Handle fixed assets, addition, disposal, and depreciation
• Prepare corporate tax, liaise with tax agent on the tax filing

Job Requirement:

• At least a Diploma in Accounting

• Experience with consolidation processes and audit is an advantage
• Proficient in accounting software such as MYOB and Clinic Assist Software is a plus

What You Will Be Doing

The Human Resources Executive plays a key role in supporting the agency’s people operations. Reporting to the Operations and HR Manager, you will assist in delivering effective HR services, ensuring smooth processes and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating induction programs and administrative tasks.
• Employee Records and Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Assist with work pass applications and renewals when required.
• HR Operations and Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including leave administration, employee data updates, and payroll support.
• Learning and Development Support: Coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning opportunities for employees, including tracking attendance and feedback.
