Operations Management

· Preparation of purchase/sales contracts, invoices, confirmations, bills of lading and other documents

· Track and ensure proper filing of prepared documentations

· Track and update purchase, sales and shipping information

· Preparation of operational reports

· Preparation of shipping documents

· Update daily data and support procurement/sales team where necessary

· Handle purchase and sales process from beginning to end

· Work closely with Financiers and provide all necessary documents and information required

Stakeholders Management

· Support as and when required, client onboarding process, and static data maintenance.

Skills/Requirements

· 1 year of experience in similar position

· Comfortable to travel overseas occasionally

· Candidates with knowledge and experience in import and export procedures are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Exhibitor Business Growth & Consulting

• Act as a trusted business consultant to exhibitors, advising them on strategies to maximize their sales and brand visibility.

• Analyze exhibitor needs and offer tailored solutions using Mummys Market’s robust ecosystem (exhibitions, digital marketing, data insights, retail, and e-commerce).

• Use data-driven insights to help exhibitors optimize booth placement, marketing campaigns, and on-site activations.

• Educate exhibitors on how to maximize customer engagement and sales conversions during fairs.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to provide exhibitors with solutions beyond just booth space.

Sales & Business Development (Revenue Generation KPI)

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new exhibitors and retain existing clients.

• Pitch Mummys Market’s full suite of exhibitor solutions, including booth spaces, brand activations, sponsorships, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Conduct market research and lead sourcing to identify new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with exhibitors, acting as their go-to growth partner.

• Drive exhibitor success, ensuring high exhibitor retention and repeat business for future fairs.

Account Management & Exhibitor Success

• Develop strong, consultative relationships with exhibitors, helping them strategize their participation to achieve business objectives.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a responsible Customer Service Executive / Officer to coordinate all shipments and fulfill customers’ requirements. You will represent our company in a professional and ensure exceptionally high standard of service is being delivered to increase our customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Responsible for coordinating all import and export shipments based on allocation
• Preparation of permit declaration (Pure CO, Permit with CO, Permit for Export/Import/Air)
• Ensure daily customers’ enquiries are attended to and not limited to order and delivery status
• Handling incoming calls with the intent of providing customer satisfaction
• Work in conjunction with sales representatives to provide pre-and / post-sales support
• Ensure timely and accurately client invoicing and billings to customers
• Purchase of insurance and arrange any insurance claim for customer
• Responsible to draft and issue quotation to potential and existing customer
• Any other ad-hoc duties task by manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-years’ experience in Customer Service (Freight Forwarding Industry preferred)
