Human Resources Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supports HR operations like recruitment, attending to employees’ enquiries, training and employee relations.
• Assists with the implementation of initiatives related to organisational culture and employee wellness
• Manages personnel database to assure accurate and updated personnel records.
• Implements onboarding and off-boarding processes to achieve good employee experience.
• Organises employee engagement activities to build teamwork and create office vibrancy.

Administrative Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supports the engagement of Board of Directors and Committees such as preparation of documents for meetings.

Requirements:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group and sub-groups
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances
• Manage the full set of accounts for the Holding Company
• Support the preparation of audited financial statements and the annual report
