Job Summary

The primary role is responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for gyms under Climb Central Singapore. Job Summary:

· Overall owner of the warehouse operation. Plan, organize and administrate processes, activities associated with receiving, warehousing/storage, dispatching and movement of products within Singapore as part of the customer service team. Ensures physical condition of warehouse, equipment, and ensures that activities meet internal and external compliance standards.

Job Responsibilities:

· Managing daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, picking, packing, loading, and transportation.

· Monitor stock flow and system information accuracy to maintain warehouse shrinkage at an acceptance level.

· Maximize warehouse space utilization by frequently reviewing incoming shipments, inventory reports, and delivery reports.

· Update Standard Operations Procedure periodically to maintain a smooth and efficient operation flow and evaluate and review existing procedures and warehouse operations.

· Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to ensure a smooth supply chain.

· Keep a clean and safe working environment.

· Assist on Annual stock take and cycle count.

· Coordinate with Order Administration Team to ensure timely delivery.

· Collect the shipping documents and verify to ensure that match the shipment accurately.

· Perform periodic local deliveries.

· Other ad-hoc assignments from Management.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics operations

· Self-motivated, attention to detail, well organized, independent and able to work under pressure.

· Physical effort required for lifting or carrying a medium load.

· Sound knowledge in air & sea-freight shipping matters

· Experience operating warehouse equipment. Valid fork truck license a plus.

· A driving license is necessary.

Requirement:

The Finance & Admin Executive assists with the administration of finance, accounts and HR related matters under the group.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Consolidating month-end invoices and Coordinating payments to Suppliers (Accounts Payable)
• Keeping track of and ensuring timely payment from Wholesale Clients (Accounts Receivable)
• Consolidating and settling weekly POS returns from the outlets
• Assist with managing petty cash supply to the different outlets
• Preparing month end staff updates to the finance manager
• Checking through month end payroll for approval
• Analysis of management reports including P&L, Balance Sheets, etc.
• Maintaining all staff records ensuring they are updated, including staff probation salary, confirmation salary, annual leave, off-in-lieu, MC, etc.
• Approval of leave and claims of staff with final approval from the GM
• Adding new staff to the system and onboarding them to the system
• Maintaining compliance with MOM and SFA standards for all staff
• Ensuring timely renewal of permits for all foreign workers
• Assisting with finance manager and General Manager on all adhoc work.
