• Managing Distributors’ Product Failure ReportBeing the 1st contact point for distributors to report product failure on the field.

Job Responsibilities

· To create, manage and uploading Product Listing for Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Amazon.

· Ensure accurate and appealing product listing with compelling content, images and product description

· Managing day to day operation including order fulfilment, inventory management, customer enquiries and feedback

· Ensure catalogue and price of products online are aligned across all channels respectively

· Ensure stocks are updated and reflected accurately across all channels.

· Design, Develop, create, and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) for our social media platforms (Tick Tok, Instagram, Facebook)

· Strong TikTok content creation skills, including video editing and storytelling

· Knowledge of current TikTok trends and ability to create viral content

· Shoot and create video content for Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

· Assist in the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.

· Produce creative content, including photos and videos, for our social media platforms and website, showcasing our products

· Propose design solutions to best communicate marketing objective

· Ensure written content is engaging, informative, and aligns with our product values

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Business/Communications/Digital Marketing or a related field

· At least 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce & Digital Marketing management is a must.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to work under tight schedules to meet deadlines

Independent and organised with positive working attitude

· Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box

· Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices

· Understands how to engage and retain customers through digital content.

· Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel

Proficiency in using social media platforms(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Proficient knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g.,Canva, Photoshop)

Salary: SGD 3000 - 3500 per month
