• ASSIST DELIVERY DRIVER TO CHECK & LOAD GOODS UNTO VAN OR TRUCK.

• STACKING INCOMING GOODS ONTO PALLETS AND TRANSPORTING THEM TO THE DESIGNATED SHELF LOCATION.

• REPACKING OF BLISTER PACKS, BUNDLE ND ETC.

• OTHER DUTIES WHICH MAY BE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE SUPERIOR.

• Able to work independently

• Liaising with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns

• Working closely with team and coordinators

Role Summary:

You will be responsible in leading a reliability engineering team to execute transfer technology qualification, reliability monitor, process change evaluation, and manage customer-focused reliability requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish reliability test laboratory and manage the daily operation.
• Implement and optimize reliability test methodologies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client expectations.
• Conduct qualification specifications for transfer technologies, guiding teams in the development and execution of testing methodologies.
• Manage the execution of reliability qualification processes, ensuring continuous monitoring and timely interventions for corrective actions.
• Apply advanced statistical tools and quality assurance methods to proactively detect and address potential reliability issues.
• Assess reliability risks for customer products, providing strategic guidance to mitigate potential issues.
• Manage worldwide customer reliability specifications and requirements.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in EE/Physics/Material Science or other related engineering discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in Integrated Circuit process and Reliability Assurance management.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, wafer-level reliability, and statistical quality control methods.
• Experience in risk assessment and developing corrective action plans.

Overview
Lead community care team operations in assigned area to improve health and anchor care in the community.

Job Responsibilities

1) Support community care team operations in an assigned area to support the residents in leading a healthy lifestyle including the following community operations.

• Transition care programme
• Community Health Posts

2) Engage community partners in the assigned area to collaborate in taking care of the health of the residents and coordinate community operations.

3) Support in operations planning in assigned area.

• Ops data analysis and monitor workload.
• Monitor the performance of ops KPIs.

4) Support in improving community operations to enhance care and residents experience.

• Pilot new programmes and processes.
• Evaluate the use of technology to ease workflow improvement.
• Evaluate success of pilot programs for future action.

5) Support in the overall Patient Experience efforts to improve residents experience and quality of care.

• Manage feedback from all sources and work closely with stakeholders in the investigation and service recovery process to ensure residents’ concerns are addressed.
• Evaluate feedback and work with various stakeholders to identify potential service gaps.

6) Any other duties.
