The Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales executive to join a fast-paced, growing team and work with a cross section of our clients across Singapore, developing strong relationships and providing excellent customer service. Specifically, this role will include:

· Maintain organisational responsibility for personal workloads, including daily upkeep of business development activity, enquiries, callbacks, opportunities, forecasted business and live projects.

· Receive sales enquiries from potential customers and ensure their specific requirements are understood to develop these to a sale.

· Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of key customer needs by following up on enquiries and leads coming into the business.

· Proactively engage with sales prospects via social media, video/telephone and marketing approaches to identify sales opportunities, promote relevant marketing/sales promotional programs and initiate the sales process;

· Convert outbound calls and email exchanges into qualified appointments/meetings;

· Make effective use of all internal IT systems to produce quotations, designs and other project specific information.

· To be aware of Lowe’s position within the marketplace and to understand our competitors’ products, pricing policy and current activity.

· Previous experience of working in a sales capacity in a fast-paced organisation would be beneficial but is not essential.
