Requirement

Responsibilities

• Obtaining information from donors / team members, data entry of donor particulars, and issuance of tax deduction receipts / thank you letters to donors.
• Reconciliation of bank statements, petty cash balance and stock of groceries / vouchers
• Preparation of payment vouchers and other finance-related matters
• Maintaining proper filing of finance and admin records to facilitate year-end audit process
• General office admin work such as facilities management (e.g. follow-up with air-con servicing and pest control vendors), office supplies (e.g. stock-take and ordering new supplies)
