Role Overview
The Integrated Campaign Executive supports the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role involves assisting in the creation of digital media strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and managing social media accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Primary Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Assist in developing integrated campaign strategies that align with business objectives and target audience insights.
- Support the execution of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Coordinate campaign setups, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and ad creative uploads.
- Implement tracking tools such as UTM parameters and third-party software to measure campaign performance accurately.
Campaign Monitoring and Optimisation
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure delivery and alignment with KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
- Identify performance issues and recommend adjustments to improve results.
- Assist in optimising campaigns by refining targeting, bidding, and creative elements.
- Support A/B testing efforts to improve ad copy, visuals, and audience engagement.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.Assist in creating dashboards for stakeholders to track campaign success in real time.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses to identify areas for improvement.
Social Media Management
- Support the management of social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Assist in developing and scheduling social media content to enhance audience engagement and growth.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster positive relationships.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights to inform future strategies.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure campaign messaging and visuals meet objectives.
- Coordinate with the analytics team to validate data accuracy and derive actionable insights.
- Support external agency or vendor relationships to execute campaign initiatives.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and social media management platforms.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their role in integrated marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing or campaign management role is preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media management tools is advantageous.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent is a plus.
