In this position, you will maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, and recording the results and uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to assure that all our products meet GMP quality expectation. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

• Help prepare and document SOPs for new products and processes, ensuring they meet food safety and quality standards.

Job Description:

Position: Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Trade Marketing (Maternity Cover)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

· Fulfil the role of a member of the Trade Marketing department in areas not limited to the below:

o Develop, plan and manage trade marketing related functions

o Take charge of business activities aligned with objectives and in compliance with legal and policy requirements including activities executed by Trade Reps

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· University degree holder, preferably in Tourism, Marketing, Communications or related discipline

· Solid experience in tourism industry is a must

· Understanding of Hong Kong as tourist destination as well as prior exposures to Thailand and Vietnam markets are added advantage

· Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred

· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills

· Resourceful team player, result-oriented, self-motivated

· Able to multi-task with strong problem-solving skills

· Able to work under pressure and at hours outside the normal call of duty when necessary
