Job Description

• Assist in monthly and year end closing of accounts
• Bank reconciliation, set up customer's profile both manual and online swiftly
• Update, prepare and maintain daily cash book timely
• To handle monthly accounts transaction checking to solve discrepancy
• AR/AP reconciliation and management
• Liaise with tax agents, company secretaries and auditors
• Handle ad-hoc reports and projects as assign
• Ensure proper and systematic filing are done in a timely and accurate manner.
• Cross working and checks with inter-department on updates
• Assist in handling of bank matter and other ad hoc matter from time to time

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in accountancy/CAT/LCCI
• Detailed, analytical, dynamic and able to meet tight deadline
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin as to read the Chinese contract and communicate effectively
• Computer literate and proficient with MS Office and MS Excel
• Have at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• A self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to multi-task and take ownership at work
• Working exposure in automotive/trading environment preferred

Job Description:
• To manage Day to Day Accounting works (AP / AR / GST / GJ / Reconcilations etc) of the company
• To manage cash disburstment / petty cash pre audit and pre approval works.
• Ensure that the organization’s financial records and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• To work with the planners manage Project cash flow accounts (escrow accounting) to ensure that the projects are running a healthy cashflow.
• Generation and analysis of Monthly Management Report.

A Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of offline, online and social marketing plans in a fluid and collaborative environment. This involves proposing ideas during web development and suggesting marketing platforms, among other things. The individual should be creative, resourceful, able to work under pressure within tight deadlines, have good interpersonal and communication skills. Duties include evaluating the effectiveness of marketing communication plans and making adjustments where necessary, helping to increase brand awareness, generating leads, converting sales as well as fostering customer loyalty.

Operations Executive responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various project tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and monitoring project performance. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Executive’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
