• Maintain and review daily financial records to ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws.

• Prior experience in handling full set of accounts, experience in F&B retail preferred
• Experience with accounting XERO software is a plus

Job Description for Accounts Executive

• Maintain and create new customers, suppliers and general ledger accounts in accounting system
• Verify accuracy of AP payment, claims and petty cash reimbursements and revenues
• Monitor and prepare to deposit cash and cheques received from outlets and customers into bank
• Maintain accounting files and records
• Prepare the audit schedule and coordinate the audit process.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and institutions for payment matters and external auditor during year-end audit.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Description for Admin Executive

• Plan, organise & manage the end-to-end procurement, administration and maintenance of office/operational supplies & assets to ensure timely delivery of purchases, including verification of invoices for the issuance of payments
• Data entry & back-end operational support to facilitate a productive work environment
• General office administration such as but not limited to overseeing cleaning activities, managing calls/mail, hosting visitors
• Other duties as required by the Company.

Support the Education Development Office by assisting and coordinating in the area of students’ matters, evaluations and assessment, trainings, secretariat and other administrative functions.

Assist the supervisor & Clinical Educator Lead (CEL) to support the operations of the office so as to provide the best learning environment and quality clinical education for pre-employment clinical training in KTPH.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(A) SPECIFIC
Support the supervisor & Clinical Educator Lead (CEL) in overseeing the process of the activities in the Education Development Office. This involves:

• Provide administrative support on students clinical placements, funding, evaluation and audit matters
• Support in pre-employment clinical training matters such as orientation, rosters/timetable, collation of students' feedback, appointments of clinical educators, preparation and running of exams etc.
• Ensure all necessary evaluation takes place & submit in a timely manner
• Provide secretariat support for meetings with program stakeholders
• Assume the role as the point of contact for students and clinical educators
• Coordinate department and hospital wide faculty development activities and other training courses for the department
• Develop and maintain a filing system for the department for reporting and audit purposes
• Engage with process improvements to ensure smooth operations of EDO in KTPH.

(B) GENERAL
The person will also be required to support the supervisor in the following:

• Events management e.g. orientation, workshops, Teachers Day, etc
• Publicity support, inclusive of content and materials collation
• Education Technology and E-Learn, where needed.

• To assist Admin cum Finance Manager to provide admin and digital marketing support to Managing Director and Business Development Manager.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes for marketing and business meeting and follow up on action items.
• Proficiency in Social Media Platforms.
• Online Marketing and Brand Management.
• Responsible for Halal Certification and ISO 22000 audit.
• Responsible for government grant related matters (e.g. Digitalization, …)
• Responsible for export documentation.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 year of relevant administrative support and coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in MS Excel.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Bilingual and is required to communicate with drivers in Mandarin.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
