Main Responsibilities:

• Nurture connections with current clients (Plant nurseries/wet markets)
• Devise and suggest promotional and marketing plans
• Oversee organizational sales through a comprehensive business plan encompassing sales, revenue, and expense management
• Achieve established sales targets
• Explore strategies to bring products into supermarkets or over avenues.
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

• Minimally 1 year of relevant experience in agriculture/supermarkets
• Class 3 License
• Physically fit, able to carry 5kg or 30L bags of fertilisers at times
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
