Responsibilities

• Source potential customers through personal efforts, client referrals, organisation involvement and event attendance
• Suggest suitable products by assessing customer’s needs and utilising product expertise
• Foster strong customer relationships and delivery exceptional service
• Facilitate sales, including logistics, insurance, financing and service arrangements
• Manage sales process, agreements and communication between clients and internal teams
• Oversee showroom operations and product maintenance

Skills Required

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels required

The Sales Executive Role

• Identify potential customers and maintain customer network through the leads provided by our existing clients and our event attendance
• Provide quality sales and services using the company’s range of homeware products such as water and air purifiers with the team
• Recommend appropriate products based on your customers’ needs and your knowledge of our product features

Skills Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license (company vehicle will be provided)

Roles and Responsibilities (Software Quality Engineer)

1. Assist Product Owner, Business Analyst to craft out user story acceptance criteria
2. Analyse and decompose complicated software systems, and design a holistic test strategy
3. Conduct research on emerging technologies and develop test automation framework
4. Develop test suites of test scenarios and test cases
5. Take a risk-based approach for test automation
6. Perform time boxed exploratory testing
7. Maintain regression test suite in QA nightly build
8. Actively refine smoke test suite in Development CI environment
9. Lead system integration testing with other systems
10. Manage user acceptance testing
11. Manage defect life cycle, test artefacts and repository
12. Drive continuous improvement in agile testing practices and tools
13. Take on secondary role as low code application development engineer or Security Ops Engineer
14. Improve software quality using XP practices such as code review and unit testing
15. Understand the IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes, procedures and system are designed to comply with these policies and guideline

Requirement

1. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
2. Min 3 years experience in exploratory testing and regression test automation
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Meticulous attention to details
5. Good interpersonal skills such as tactfulness
6. Good presentation and listening skills
7. Experience in agile development environment will be an added advantage
8. Experience with Robot Framework, SikuliX, Selenium, playwright, Micro Focus Testing Tools (Mobile Center, UFT, QC and Sprinter) or EggPlant or Pega Unit Test will be an added advantage
9. Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst will be an added advantage
