Roles and Duties:
• Support social growth (content strategy, iPhone videography and photography, copywriting, posting) via reach, engagement rate, and leads KPIs with close support from Growth Manager and Video Director
• Spearhead monthly social and KPI reporting update meetings
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly your thoughts and ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for various campaigns, including digital, print, social media, events and experiential initiatives.
• Ensuring seamless consistency across all marketing materials, including collaterals, online, and offline advertising. The focus will be on maintaining uniformity in color schemes, fonts, spacing, and adherence to do's and don'ts.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative assets within established timelines and budgets.
• Ensure effective project workflows and smooth communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Can work independently and coordinate with teammates.
• Support the production team with videography and photography projects.
• Good at organizing small scale events
Requirements:
• Proven social growth and community building/management (online and offline) results, preferably for corporate accounts
• Bachelor Degree in Arts / Marketing or related fields
• Strong portfolio of work is required
• In-depth knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and strategies.
• Respects project deadlines without compromising quality.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external creative partners and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Essential technological skills and artistic eye for detail
