Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Review, verify, and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, online transfers, and other payment methods.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records for all AP transactions.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Generate and issue customer invoices and ensure accurate billing.
• Track incoming payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and manage collections efforts.
• Reconcile AR transactions and customer accounts.
• Prepare and maintain an accurate aging report for management review.

Others:

• Perform regular reconciliations of AP/AR sub-ledgers with the general ledger.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts to manage cash flow, track incoming and outgoing payments, and forecast payment schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to AP/AR functions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Support in financial operation management:

• Manage full set of accounts, including invoicing, receipt updates, vendor invoice processing, payment
  arrangements, journal entries, inter-company charges, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules,
  fixed assets registers, and general ledger maintenance.

The Senior Executive in Employers Outreach will play a crucial role in supporting and executing engagement strategies to grow the Singapore Chartered Accountants Qualification (SCAQ) candidate community and expand the pool of Authorised Training Organizations (ATOs). Reporting to the Associate Director of Market Growth, this position contributes to the organisation's success by driving candidate and employer engagement, which directly impacts ISCA’s growth targets. The candidate will be a crucial support as the team expands partnerships with ATOs, including intensified outreach partnerships with employers at various IHLs, and growing the SCAQ branding across international markets including growing ATOs from overseas countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and implement candidate engagement plans, events, and communications to build a cohesive SCAQ candidate community.
