As a ERP Support Executive, you will help grow the company by finding leads, closing sales, supporting existing clients, formulating sales strategies, and communicating digital transformation solution value to clients. Responsibilities

• Responsible for a portfolio of Trust accounts. The incumbent will perform bookkeeping of all transactions within the stated timeframe and ensuring ongoing accuracy and completeness of financial records for the JTC Trust accounts.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of unaudited Trust and Underlying Entities financial statements based on agreed template with JTC.
• Ensuring that all relevant bank statements and working papers are appropriately saved within the relevant accounting system.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Trust Accounting experience or relevant

• Experience working in Singapore accounting or audit firms.

Human Resource

· Administer and maintain all the employees’ database in the Human Resource Information System

· Support all leave and benefits administration, including monthly payroll processing

· Assist in Recruitment efforts by coordinating the interview logistics, managing recruitment pipelines and job posting sites.

Key Responsibilities:

To develop skillsets in recovery under the retail and non-retail NPL portfolio so as to achieve targeted recovery action.

Tasks

• To manage the legal recovery actions by the Bank including but not limited to appointment of external legal counsels in the Bank’s panel, liaising with the legal firms, collating and maintaining the borrowers’ information from various credit files, checking the accuracy of borrower’s information/data produced by the legal firms and following up on subsequent legal actions until all legal avenues have been fully exhausted.
• To tackfully engage with customers who responded to our legal actions for loan recovery/collections.
• To coordinate with / assist fellow colleagues to engage/liaise with borrowers who responded to the Bank’s legal demands for formulation of a restructuring and rescheduling (R&R) plan under a credit application to management for approval. Thereafter, proper follow through in documentation/administration functions for implementation and monitoring that approved plans are diligently complied.
• To promptly and diligently file Proofs of Debt (“POD”) for borrowers bankrupted or under Debt Repayment Scheme.
• To assist in any reporting matters or adhoc tasks/projects as assigned by the Head of Loan Recovery.
• To assist in proper filing and administration tasks within the Loan Recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration/Business or Banking and Finance. Fresh graduates from the local Singapore Universities are welcome to apply.

Primary Objective:

• Perform the daily BAU operations i.e. loan disbursements, repayments, fee collections, prepayments, rollovers

and redemptions, monitoring and sweeping of funds from special-purpose accounts e.g. DSRA, Operating

accounts for loan repayments and monitoring of scheduled repayments for bilateral and syndication deals.

Perform GL reconciliation & ensure outages are resolved within stipulated turnaround time.
