Key Requirements

1. Test Management Experience: Proven track record in test management, specifically for Data and Analytics projects. Experience in managing testing phases for large data platform migration engagements.
2. Power BI Expertise: Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and analysis. Ability to develop and interpret complex reports and dashboards.
3. SQL and Database Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL, with a preference for candidates experienced in Databricks or Azure SQL. Understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Test Management: Oversee all aspects of testing within large data platform migration projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage of data integrity, performance, and functionality.
2. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with business users and stakeholders to ensure testing objectives are aligned with business needs. Effectively communicate test progress, insights, and outcomes.
3. Test Strategy Development: Develop and document a comprehensive test strategy, detailing methodologies, tools, timelines, and resource requirements.
4. Reconciliation Strategy Preparation: Prepare a reconciliation strategy to ensure data accuracy and consistency post-migration. Implement checks and balances to validate data integrity.
5. Test Plan and Case Review: Oversee the creation of test plans and test cases, ensuring they are robust and cover all critical scenarios. Review and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
6. Test Team Management: Lead and manage a geographically distributed test team based in Singapore and India. Coordinate efforts, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient team collaboration and productivity.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on test progress, challenges, and outcomes. Analyze test results to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-cultural teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

[What you will be working on]

As our Intern, you will be required to/your deliverables are:

• Process payments to suppliers and reimbursement to staff involved in overseas operations.

• Monitoring accounts receivables, fixed assets, and bank accounts at overseas centres.

• Review, assess and provide recommendations for the assigned area within the overseas operations system and business process review project. For example, an Intern may be assigned to review the current process from procurement to payment for EDB overseas leases that fall under FRS116.

Job Overview:

Drafting and/ or reviewing all contracts and agreements. This includes but not limited to chasing contracts from suppliers, drafting contracts to buyers, aligning all terms and clauses based on deal recap evaluating all potential exposure between terms and preventing profit leakage.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Keep track of all the purchase and sales recapitulation of the deal；
• Draft purchase and/or sales contract；
• Review and counter purchase and sales contract；
• Uploading contracts for approval；
• Draft and/or vet legal agreements including but not limited to the memorandum of understanding, frame agreement, term agreement, third party agreement etc；
• Liaise with the legal team in headquarters for review of agreements and contract clauses；
• Review and provide suggestions on new deals and/or terms and conditions in tenders documents；
• Discussion with traders on trade terms and conditions；
• Other daily ad hoc assignments；

Qualifications:

• At least Diploma and above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in oil and gas industry or did procurement work for government sector, with relevant experience in writing Tender, DC reports etc. and well verse in general terms in contract
• Meticulous、willing to learn、diligent and able to work independently as well as in a team
