Reporting directly to the Head of Services and Support, this person will be responsible in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our CTRM platform. Key Responsibilities:

1. Management of SLAs and Customer Relationship

• Facilitate product demonstrations and training sessions to support customer adoption.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting
