• Coordinate foreign employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.

• Prospecting/ marketing of spaces and conduct viewing of available spaces
• Assist in implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the retail mall and office space
