Job Description:
· Customer Service Support
· Main focal point between sales team and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
· Ensure that customer orders and transactions are processed in an efficient and timely manner
· Responding promptly to customer enquiries and provide professional customer support
· Liaise with Singapore Finance team and monitor customer accounts as required
· Liaise with Internal Stakeholders and monitor customer logistic movement
· Manage and support administrative elements for all sales activities
· Generate and disseminate reports
· Prepare the supporting documents to facilitate audit purposes
· Perform other tasks which may be assigned from time-to-time
Job Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma with 1-3 years of customer service and relevant experience
• Proven experience in commercial role, Online Market place or logistic firm will be a plus point.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in finding new customer.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively thinking and problem-solving abilities focus on driving results and delivering value.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with logistics management software is a plus.
