This role requires a hands-on approach, involving direct participation in assembly, calibration, and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

Quality Management System:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management system (QMS) aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Oversee the documentation and control of quality records, procedures, and work2020 instructions.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Quality Assurance

• Lead inspections, tests, and verifications of products and processes.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed of relevant industry regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, CE marking, FDA).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain necessary documentation.

Continuous Improvement:

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Lead or participate in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in equipment for nanomaterial synthesis
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.

About the Job

The Quality Department plays a very important role in Cyrus in maintaining the quality management system and driving quality improvements to deliver high quality products for our customers. You will be working closely with the Assistant Quality Manager on Quality Management System (QMS) and suppliers’ management.

Your key responsibilities are as follows:

- Maintain updated and accurate documents and records on ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 system (includes Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, etc.) to ensure system compliance and ready for Management Review.

About the Job:

The Security Assurance, Alerting and Cyber Incident Specialist is responsible for undertaking security assurance activities (people, process and technology), managing security incidents, advising on security controls and associated risks as a results of Technology change activities, and ensuring effective risk mitigation. This role involves creating comprehensive security reports, developing and implementing change governance processes, and reviewing security alerts leading the subsequent response to security incidents, including remediation actions. What you will do:

1. Security Assurance, Reporting, and Remediation

· Conduct regular security assurance assessments to evaluate and document the effectiveness of security controls, primarily within region, but also globally.

· Conduct post-incident reviews and lessons-learned sessions to enhance incident response capabilities.

3. Change Management

· Work with Technology teams to assess potential security risks associated with proposed changes, and provide recommendations for mitigation, to ensure secure and controlled implementation

· Conduct post-change reviews to evaluate the impact of changes on the security posture and identify any additional actions required.

Job Scope

• Responsible to review and approve master batch records and subsequent batch records
• Review and approve cleaning records and procedures and ensure compliance with set
• Review and approve GMP documentation Ensure adherence to quality procedures, regulatory requirements and cGMPs.
• Review and approve deviations according to the site procedures
• Handle product complaints.
• Ensure complaints are investigated thoroughly with CAPAs effective to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team to prepare Annual Product Reviews, discuss trends and atypical observations and recommend improvement actions.
• Conduct internal and external audits
• Maintain inspection readiness and support inspections from regulatory agencies and customers.
• Actively participate in GMP walk downs to ensure site operation and facility maintained in inspection ready state.
• Support the maintenance of validated stated of GMP systems and processes.
• Facilitate and prepare regulatory submissions and attend to regulatory queries in a timely manner

Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree in Science / Chemical Engineering or equivalent with relevant pharmaceutical experience.
• Minimum 1-3 relevant years of experience in QA/QC and GMP Compliance
• Familiar with manufacturing operations applications; six sigma and lean principles and process improvement tools.
• Thorough knowledge of GMP compliance regulations, ICH Q7a Guidelines, Good Documentation Practices and other applicable regulations.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement in quality operations or manufacturing.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

As the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance with ISO22000 for our central kitchen, supermarket counters and trading business under the subsidiary company.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Compliance Management:

• Oversee and implement food safety and quality management systems in accordance with ISO22000.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal standards.

2. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all food safety and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management, summarizing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

3. Training and Development:

• Develop and deliver training programs for operation staff at the central kitchen and supermarket counters on food safety protocols and best practices.
• Keep the team informed about updates in food safety regulations and industry trends.

4. Incident Response:

• Establish and implement effective procedures for handling food safety incidents and product recalls protocols.
• Conduct thorough investigations into any breaches of food safety standards and recommend corrective actions.

5. Supplier and Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials used in our production processes.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers based on established criteria.

Qualifications:

• Certification in ISO22000.
• Proven experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in the sushi and sashimi production industry.
• Strong knowledge of local and international food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
