Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle full set of shipping documentations (Processing of import & export documents)
2. Collaborate and assist operation team on the execution of contracts on day-to-day shipping matters (including LC, OBL, etc)
3. Liaise with banks for LC opening, presentation, and negotiation.
4. Managing and preparing of full-sets of account.
5. Performs the day-to-day accounting functions.
6. Liaise with suppliers/customers on invoice and payment matters.
7. Prepare timely and accurate weekly / monthly finance reports.
8. Coordinate issuance of commercial import and export documentation
9. Perform all shipping functions, including shipping database update and necessary operations support.
10. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisors.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma and above in accounting study.
2. Bilingual in Chinese and English so that can liaise with Chinese counterparties.
3. Knowledge of Incoterms and International trade.
4. Basic knowledge of Accounting, UCP and ISBP rules.
5. Good organizational, planning and co-ordination skills.
6. Must be a team player and be able to work independently with minimum supervision while demonstrating attention to detail.
7. Familiar with accounting software, knowledge of Oracle is preferred.
