· Provide support for all quoting activities by participation in initial process design, development, and implementation phases.

· Support and focus corrective action efforts and utilizing the SPC data and corrective action tracking package and create and implement any meetings, procedures, or team-building concepts as necessary as part of the corrective/preventative effort.

· Serve as liaison between Jabil Circuit and suppliers or customers on quality related issues.

· Improve technical support for the quality organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts-related matters such as passing journal entries, posting to the general ledger, preparing a trial balance and final accounts, year-end adjustments, depreciation provision, bank reconciliation, control accounts, limited company accounts, statement of comprehensive income, statement of cash flows, liaise with the auditor, statement of changes in equity, and consolidation of company’s accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing process
• Prepare management reports, accounting schedules and reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepare quarterly/annually financial statement, balance sheet and profit & loss statement for the shareholders to review
• Contribute professional analysis and advice on the financial statement and management report
• Have knowledge of accounts payable functions including verifying suppliers’ invoices, initiating payments, data entry and maintenance & reconciliation of creditors’ ledgers
• Have knowledge of accounts receivable functions including AR ageing, preparing AR reports and monitor cash flow balance
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as & when required

Requirements:

• GCE “N” or “O” level qualifications
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Preferably with knowledge of inventory software
• Positive attitude, ability to multi-task
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Possess the quality of a keen learner
• A sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Store management of assigned brands on e-commerce marketplaces
• Prepare, upload product listings and content for brand’s in marketplace

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Programme Development and Management

• You will design and implement innovative programmes that focus on the development and support of marriages and families within the community.
• Engaging with community leaders and stakeholders is crucial to identify needs and tailor the initiatives accordingly.
• You'll be responsible for preparing detailed reports to track the progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement of the programmes.
• Overseeing the budget for each program is essential to ensure efficient allocation of resources and alignment with the goals.

Community Engagement and Outreach

• Developing and sustaining partnerships with local organizations, schools, and community groups is key to promoting family well-being.
• You will organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and events aimed at educating and supporting families and couples.
• It's important to compile and analyze reports on engagement activities, gathering participant feedback to measure the impact of the outreach efforts.
• Financial management for engagement and outreach activities, including event budgeting, is a significant part of your role.

Research and Policy Development

• Conducting research to stay informed about the latest trends and issues affecting marriage and family health in the community is a vital duty.
• You will recommend policies and best practices to foster family stability and development based on your research findings.
• Producing comprehensive reports that summarize research outcomes, policy recommendations, and strategic insights is crucial for departmental and organizational planning.
• Ensuring that the budget for research and policy initiatives is used optimally to achieve meaningful and impactful outcomes is part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Family Studies, or related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy and sensitivity to diverse experiences.
• Programme management skills including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English and Malay to communicate effectively with our clients/congregants who are mostly English/Malay speakers.

Experience

• 2-3 years in relevant roles, with emphasis on marriage and family development programmes.
• Consideration of volunteer work, internships, or practicum experiences.
