About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Radio Frequency (RF) Admin Executive to join our client on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth running of our critical communications infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Perform the assignment and coordination of frequencies in accordance with the national frequency allocation plan and compile statistics of the monthly frequency assignments.
• Perform registration of terrestrial frequency assignments with the International Telecommunication Union.
• Review and update the frequency database to ensure all entries are accurate and reflect the latest information.
• Assist the Secretariat for multilateral meetings with neighbouring countries, e.g. frequency registrations, organising meetings and hosting of events.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day office and administrative operations, including sourcing of suppliers, management of inventory, and procurement. Organised and meticulous, you have to be able to think on your feet and can work well under deadline pressure. Administrative and operations work experience is advantageous. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property, as well as creating a hospitable experience for our guests.
