Job Descriptions

• Handle all aspects of clients’ company secretarial matters.
• Manage a portfolio of companies. Provide Corporate Secretarial advice to clients.
• Assist with company incorporation/ striking off
• Attend to routine corporate secretarial matters such as Annual General Meeting, filing of annual return, change of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.
• Customer due diligence (onboarding and ongoing monitoring)
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Perform any other secretarial duties and support as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or others
• Preferably with at least 4-5 years of corporate secretarial experience in established corporate secretarial firms
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Detailed oriented and able to work well under pressure
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage as dealing with Chinese clients is required.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Account Executive to assist our Key Account Manager in driving business growth and achieving our company objectives. In this role, you will coordinate administrative tasks, analyze sales data, and work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of promotions, product listings, and market initiatives. Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of related working experience and possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, preferably from F&B industry with MYOB knowledge
• Basic knowledge of SFRS, corporate tax and GST rules and regulations
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills
• Able to start immediately or at short notice
• IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Words & Excel - strong in formula)
