I. Job Responsibilities

Summary

The Business Support Executive is responsible to provide high-quality customer support through processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders. The Executive is also responsible for managing external customers and factories, coordinating with internal colleagues. Responsibilities

• Attend to pre-sales enquiries on product availability, lead time and price.

Additional Information

We are looking for an Executive/ Assistant Manager to join our team for assisting execution of ongoing programs and helping with the roll-out of new education programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to a portfolio of education programs and ensuring that the programs are completed in budget and on-schedule.

Managing Education Programs

- Track program enrolment and assist with any queries related to the enrolment process.

- Assist with the booking of venues and facilities for the programs.

- Coordinate with various vendors for materials and supplies related to the program and ensure timely deliveries

- Oversee the program execution, including manage the temp staff hired during program execution.

- Analyse and present feedback data from the programs conducted.
