The Executive (4 month Maternity Cover) is part of Defence Collective Singapore (DCS). The incumbent will be supporting the team responsible for the Public Engagement (PE) team in Singapore Discovery Centre (SDC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist PE team in the creative development and execution of public programmes and campaigns for families and children in SDC.
• Prepare logistics for programmes / events.

This role is to support the Senior Accountant (Crewing Entities) in keeping full set of accounts and ensuring that all accounting standards, controls and accuracy are maintained whilst meeting Northern Marine Group / Stena Group reporting requirements.

• Keeping full set of accounts for several crewing entities, including preparation of financial statements, relevant reconciliation reports and audit schedules
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashbook, fixed assets and general ledger functions
• Maintain individual accounts receivable and accounts payable subledgers and make adjustment whenever necessary, including generating and posting sales invoices in the ERP system, posting of supplier invoices in the system for approval and payments
• Preparing & co-ordinating period end closing activities for corporate reporting
• Responsible for submitting annual budgets and quarterly forecasts including AARO reporting
• Perform variance analysis, bank & accounts reconciliations

Education & Experience

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage infrastructure systems, applications, and network equipment (e.g., Active Directory, data centers, firewalls, VPN, video conferencing).
