You will work closely with Institution Value Leads and key stakeholders to monitor progress in VDC/VBH implementation. Additionally, you will assist in liaising with the Ministry of Health (MOH) to ensure alignment between SingHealth's VDC efforts and the National VDC initiative.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

• Experience in the healthcare sector would be preferred and will be an added advantage

• Knowledge and experience in data analytics, benchmarking and change management is required
