Objectives of the position:

The Purchasing Planning Executive must be a data-driven, strong analytical skills and creative team player who can provide critical solution effectively in order to fulfil high levels of customer satisfaction in current dynamic supply chain network.

As one of the key player in APAC Control Tower Purchasing Planning team, the individual will be expected to implement the demand planning strategies for accurate forecast and inventory optimization to achieve the goals of department and group.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management - Plan and update the appropriate system parameters promptly according to monthly consumption, optimize stock level to meet inventory objectives.

2. Order Management - Facilitate Purchase Orders and ensure the information update in SAP. Follows up on orders ensuring that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.

3. Coordinates on all aspects with stakeholders on inbound shipment, update in SAP promptly and accurately, filing shipping documents for goods receiving activities, verifications of invoices to avoid mis-match

4. Cross trade shipment management - Facilitate and coordinate with stakeholder for direct drop shipment from factory to customer, with application and compliance of Free Trade Agreement for customer import duty rebates

5. Claim Management - Process claims where defects are related to the Vendor

6. Material Master Management - To maintain and ensure Material Master in SAP up to date (Standard length, HS code, plan delivery time...)

7. Ensure the operation quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements while complying with the company policies

8. Any other ad-hoc duty or projects as assigned by Manager

Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management

• More than 1 years’ experience in supply chain operations

• Knowledge of SAP system preferred

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel or Excel Advance applications

• Creative problem-solving skills, data-driven analytical and reasoning skills

Duties:

• Support the Facilities Manager in daily Facilities Operations & Maintenance activities/issues. Manage taking over of the new construction and facilities.
• Record and report the defects in new installation and construction. Review and support the testing and commissioning of the new facilities. Manage critical Facilities System administration, performance monitoring & trending review (Building Management System)
• Ensure the maintenance Specifications are updated and ready in the system. Plan & monitor the Preventive & Corrective Maintenance. Practice Condition-based Maintenance to compliment Preventive Maintenance. Avoid wastages and focus on optimization in FM.
• Ensure maintenance work shall comply with the relevant Singapore Standards and Code of Practices. Ensure maintenance work shall comply with the company’s environment, health, and safety policies. Responsible for the Preventive & Corrective Maintenance work assigned by the Manager. Prepare corrective maintenance work order.
• Attend/report immediately on major equipment breakdown and equipment not performing to specifications or a building user having problem. Meet with tenants to resolve technical issues raised by the tenants. Adopt root cause analysis. Constantly monitor the KPIs specified by the Facilities Manager.
• Train & support the Technician to prepare simple maintenance work order.
• Audit the maintenance work carried out by the Technician and the external service partners according to the departmental policy.
• Actively participate technical training through onsite, offsite, and vendor training. Use the BIM, App or digital technology assigned by the company to facilitate communication. Hold regular meetings with the contractors.
• Act as the Site Incident Controller (SIC) – Leader for the first responders under the Company Emergency Response Team. Submit weekly facilities management report. Responsible for the additional tasks as and when assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management certifications with at least 3 years of experience
• Relevant experience in plant facility, building/property management operation & maintenance environment would be advantageous
• Highly motivated, independent and able to multi-task
