Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

o Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the digital marketing business across Financial Services customers in Continental Europe.

o Drive revenue growth by identifying and shaping deals proactively with accounts and clients.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

o Build strong relationships with CMOs and other senior stakeholders in marketing departments of Financial Services firms.

o Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, understanding clients' marketing challenges and objectives.

3. Solution Development:

o Create customized solutions across strategy, technology, data, and operations to address client needs and drive business outcomes.

o Collaborate with technical, data consulting, and operations teams to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations.

4. Portfolio Growth:

o Ensure profitable growth of the overall portfolio, integrating strategy, technology, data, and operations.

o Bring strategic thinking and execution discipline to drive portfolio growth across the client base.

5. Alliance Partnerships:

o Develop and integrate alliance partnerships that deliver greater value to clients and drive business growth.

6. Market Insights & Innovation:

o Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

7. Pipeline Management:

o Track sales activities, manage the pipeline, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Key Skills and Requirements

1. Education & Experience:

o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

o Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital marketing, Martech consulting, or strategy.

2. Expertise:

o Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

o Experience in consultative and solution-oriented selling.

3. Communication & Relationship Management:

o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

o Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant supports the Finance unit in financial matters within the group. He/she is also responsible for the overall administration of MENDAKI subsidiary accounts (i.e. MENDAKI Social Enterprise Network Pte. Ltd. (MSPL) & SENSE College), audit, corporate tax, GST and ACRA filling.

Key Responsibility Areas

These includes but are not limited to:

1. Ensure timely closing of accounts and preparation of accounts schedules including A/P, A/R, General Ledger
2. Prepare payments, bank reconciliation and monitor cashflow
3. Prepare Sales Invoices and follow up with relevant agencies for grant-related matters
4. Processing of staff claims
5. Prepare financial statements and perform variance analysis
6. Preparation of audit schedules
7. Liase with external auditors and legal representative
8. Liase with banks for all related matters
9. Monitor internal control procedures and conduct cost control
10. Prepare and submit GST filing
11. Prepare corporate tax reports
12. manage Fixed assets register
13. Budget preparation and reporting
14. Support HQ's finance-related projects and ad hoc tasks
15. Any other duties as assigned by the Manager and HOD

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy/Finance from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 – 3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different levels
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred

Job Descriptions:

• Full set of accounts such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and audit schedules.
• Timely submission of monthly reports.
• Focus on purchase management streamlines the purchasing and inventory control process of an organization for greater efficiency and lower costs.
• Monitor cash flow file and maintain cash controls.
• Accounts Receivable - Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue payments.
• Accounts Payable - Arrange for management approvals and process payments in respect of vendors & staff reimbursements.
• Maintain proper fixed assets register.
• Ensure inter-company transactions and balances are reconciled regularly.
• Liaising with internal & external auditors on audit requirements for the year-end statutory audit.
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks given.
• Perform any ad-hoc accounting / financial tasks as may be assigned.

Skillsets:

• Candidates should possess at least a CAT/ACCA Level 2/Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Candidates should have at least 2 years of working experience in handling full sets of accounts, preferably in technology/manufacturing/machinery leasing industry.
• Proficient in ERP and Odoo system.
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills and able to multi-task.
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
• Able to start work within short notice period.
