Job Scope:

• Oversee First Article Submissions and develop quality plans. Conduct audits (QMS, Process, HSE) and assess supplier capability.
• Monitor supplier quality, perform audits, and drive closure of findings to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance supplier capabilities and reduce lead times.
• Propose improvements for financial and operational efficiencies in supplier processes.

As a Quality Control Assistant, you will support the implementation and compliance of ISO standards within the company. JOBSCOPE OVERVIEW

C. PRODUCT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Quality Lab Support Coordinator (Pharma)

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: Tuas

Salary : Up to $2,500 depending on experience

Our Client is a US MNC and a pioneering leader in the Pharmaceutical industry. They are currently seeking experienced and forward-thinking professionals to join their Team in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Receive, archive, retrieve and dispose retention sample, following standard work, approved procedures and regulatory requirements in timely manner.
• Maintain proper 5S and ensure inspection readiness of retention sample rooms.
• Perform assigned tasks within stipulated timeline and escalate discrepancies to Reporting Manager.
• Support laboratory supplies stock check, receiving, stock arrangement and disposal as necessary.

Requirements:

• At least O Level qualification and good communication skills
• Proficient handwriting and computer literacy
• Able to work independently and escalate any issues if needed
• Able to move heavy boxes up to 15kg / use heavy ladder for the work to transfer samples/stock checking etc
