Role: Quality Engineer (QE)

Position Overview:

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of construction materials, processes, and workmanship throughout a project. This role involves QA/QC document developing; monitoring site quality control activities; monitoring compliance with standards; implementing quality assurance procedures to deliver projects that meet contract, client specifications, international standards and Singapore regulatory requirements. This role is essential to delivering high-quality, durable, and safe civil engineering projects while maintaining efficiency and minimizing risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Take part in project external quality audits to subcontractors in accordance with project audit procedure to ensure compliance with subcontract, project specifications, codes, and Singapore regulatory requirements. 7. Regularly monitor project KPIs, ensure out-of-target KPIs are identified and raised to applicable subcontractors for root cause analysis, at the meantime, report to QAQC manager.

Requirements for the role:

• Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting involving members from production, engineering and quality departments to conduct root cause analysis, address quality issues, implement corrective actions and review its effectiveness.

Requirements:
