- Supervision and manning of the Alert Alarm System

- To maintain and update Information and Referral Service record and follow-up actions

- Assisting seniors with letter reading, handphone issues

- Up-keeping of facilities and equipment provided in the centre

Qualification & Experience :

• “A” Level / Diploma in Community & Social Service
• At least one to two years of related working experience
• At least one to two years of Volunteering experience

Special Aptitude & Knowledge :

• People-oriented and passionate towards working with seniors and for seniors. Knowledge of the role and function of Active Aging Centre would be an added advantage.

1) Performs administrative and clerical tasks

2) Ensuring internal Records are accurate

3) Checking of documents from customers to ensure compliance

4) Assists with initial client operational requirements relating to vehicle recovery / towing

5) Assists with internal reporting generation and submission to relevant stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and edit eye-catching photo and video content using tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, and Illustrator.
2. Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
3. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies for campaigns and promotions.
5. Coordinate and attend events, activations, and on-ground marketing initiatives (travel required).
6. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and social media metrics to identify areas for improvement.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in gaming and digital marketing, to ensure relevant and competitive content.

Requirements
