The executive will also need to maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all accreditation activities, including applications and compliance reports.

The executive will be required to outreach to the industry, liaise with various stakeholders, including accreditation panel, regulatory agencies (where applicable), and industry players, to ensure compliance with standards and promote the accreditation programmes.

The Accreditation Executive will also support other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Director.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in built environment discipline (preferred but not a must).

• Good comment of written and spoken English to establish effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Organised, self-driven, resourceful, proactive, flexible and adaptable, with willingness to take on new tasks and learn new skills as needed.

• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of the team.

1. Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentation and documenting minutes.

2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

3. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan, escalating to Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Project Director (PD) any necessary requirement from customers.

4. Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the managers, team leaders and members

5. Clear and open communication with customers on operations and project issues or clarifications.

6. Assist in creating of PowerPoint presentation and Excel documents.

7. Provide administrative support as needed, such as managing project-related correspondence and other ad-hoc duties.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving new sales within the PHV leasing space. Your main mission? To actively prospect and engage with potential customers, build strong relationships, understand their specific needs, and craft customized solutions that elevate their mobility experience. From lead generation to closing deals and ensuring a seamless handover, you will be a key player in driving revenue and building a strong PHV customer base.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Research and identify new prospects and sales opportunities within the PHV leasing market.
• Proactively generate leads using creative outreach methods, direct outdoor channels, and strategic follow-ups, including setting appointments.
• Connect with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to present our tailored offerings.
• Drive the entire sales process from initial contact and needs assessment through to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to after-sales service.
• Understand and respond to customer needs with relevant, value-driven solutions.
• Build long-lasting and trusting relationships with customers, enhancing loyalty and satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
