As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns the people strategies & policies in the assigned Division(s) with the overall THKMC mission, vision and objectives. The HRBP serves as a consultant to the Divisional Director(s) and managers on HR-related issues, while at the same time, act as employee champion and change agent to all in the assigned Divisions. Executive / Senior Executive I (Admin)

Job Purpose

Manage the administrative needs of a Service Point, such as service/programme administration, documentation and data administration, and facilities administration as well as specialise in administering one or more of the corporate needs of the FSS Service Group, i.e. Finance, Governance, IT or HR.

Line reporting to the Manager FSS Service Point locally and staff reporting to the Head of FSS Service group who oversees the administrative functions and facilities management of FSS.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Front Desk Administration & Secretariat Support

• Attend to public walk -ins. This may include administering visitor logbook and badges, notifying relevant colleagues or re -directing public to appropriate resources, when needed.
• Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls to relevant parties, taking down phone messages, checking of incoming phone messages and emails, when needed.

Programme & Data Administration

HR Administration

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping and Internal Laundry. Directs and works with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Completes inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action. Position assists in ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Coordinates the housekeepers and works as a team, creating a positive environment.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing Housekeeping Operations

• Ensures guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
• Works effectively with the Engineering department on guestroom maintenance needs.
• Supervises the property general cleaning schedule.
• Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments.
• Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.

• Review invoices posting and process payments
• Intercompany billings and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation
