• Oversee daily operations of assigned school account.
• Manage and plan the most effective and efficient bus routing plans.
• Implement and monitor proprietary Transport IT system to assist daily operational needs.
• Coordinate all student travel requirement with high level of health and safety in mind.
• Incident and accident investigation and report writing when required.
• Timely review and oversee all finance function of school accounts.
• Periodic and consistent report generation for trend studying and analysis of operational requirements.
• Resourceful engagement of new sub-contractors required to support operational needs.
• Manage, coach and develop work subordinates and sub-contractors.
• Conduct regular workshop and briefing for team members to update.
• Regularly update and feedback to immediate supervisor / manager.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor / manager.

Position Requirement

• Diploma in related field (Business Management, Logistics or Transportation).
• High level of interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in managing transport or school bus transport business is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills in order to lead a diverse team of employees and sub-contractors.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent customer service skills priority to attend to customers' needs.
• Ability to analyse problems and complaints and train subordinates.
• Excellent mediation skills and ability to handle difficult customers and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT applications.
• Work independently under minimum supervison.
