JOB REQUIREMENT

CANDIDATE MUST POSESS THE RELEVANT ACCOUNTING CERTIFICATIONS.

Customer Program Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage customer programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of customer-focused initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor program performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to optimize program effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze program performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on program effectiveness and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within customer programs and collaborate with relevant teams to implement enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate relevant advancements into program strategies.

Training and Development:

• Provide training and support to customer-facing teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
• Develop training materials and resources to enhance team knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Work with the Manufacturing department as a production area Quality Assurance representative

• Coordinate and facilitate Quality Assurance related production and production related activities

• Ensure timely issuance of production records, procedures and labels

• Ensure timely assessment and closure of discrepancies, Deviations and Change Controls

• Review batch-related documentation, and ensure resolution of issues to release product

• Communicate lot disposition pending issues to Management

• Ensure approval and timely delivery of Final Product

• Ensure that products are manufactured in compliance with regulatory and GMP guidelines

• Review and approve Manufacturing and Validation documents for Regulatory and Kite compliance

• Review and approve Manufacturing Production Records

• Compile and verify all batch related documents into a Final Product lot disposition package

• Provide Quality Assurance support resolving material, in-process product, final product, environmental, facility and equipment manufacturing issues

• Review and disposition disposable raw materials and components for GMP use

• Review equipment and facility technical and investigation reports

• Review and approve proposed changes to systems, procedures, methods, and submissions to regulatory agencies

• Gather metric information for use in continuous improvement of areas of responsibility. Report to management as needed.

• Perform other duties as required

Objective of Role

• This position is part of the Quality Assurance team responsible for implementation and maintenance of the various Quality Systems and release of incoming material to achieve the site objectives for the company.

• To build up a pipeline of skilled manpower for Singapore’s biologics manufacturing industry

General responsibilities:

• Participating in investigations relating to laboratories/ incoming material release/ systems and review the

investigation report.

• Participate as SME the gap analysis for current SOP/practices with the various subject matter expert to

ensure compliance with DM/DPs revision, where gaps are identified, ensure that an

implementation/mitigation plan is in place and follow-through to completion.

Position Summary:

The Quality Control Engineer is an experienced engineer with a good understanding of construction principles, standards and processes. The QC Engineer is responsible to identify the measures and controls required to give a reasonably practical assurance that the quality of the works will be achieved.

The QC Engineer will have a detailed understanding of the project specifications and legal/contract/company quality requirements.

This QC Engineer will be involved in reviewing method statements and preparing inspection and test plans. They will also train and advise project staff on quality matters, monitor the progress of submissions, inspections and tests. They will coordinate the management of defects and nonconformances.

Note: The QC Engineer does is not responsible to undertake frontline inspections or tests, they are there to support the Site Engineers and ensure the Quality Control systems is functioning effectively.

Responsibilities:

•Study and understand legal and contractual requirements for the works including specification

•Study and understand standards and in-house requirements

•Develop inspection & test plans and records systems, and work procedures

•Review method statements, and confirm they are being followed

•Train and advise project personnel on the QC system;

•Monitor the QC activities of site engineers/supervisors, and review quality records

•Report on the QC status of the works, maintain QC filing, make QC submissions to Client

•Coordinate the reporting and resolution of non-conforming works

Skill:

•Excellent technical knowledge of construction methods, quality controls, risks to quality and acceptance criteria

•Well organised/effective administrator

•Able to work in a team and communicate effectively while also being strongly independent and able to challenge non-compliance.

•Computer literate / digital tool literate
