• Utilization of in-house Transport Monitoring System and reports applicable to inbound shipments according to SOP 600 and operations email
• Review and provide “ok to send” to origin offices
• Provide origin offices with sending instructions when necessary
• Verify job details against the shipping document to ensure accuracy for the shipment details e.g. Drive away, service code, flight details etc
• Contact consignee to obtain relevant import licenses and confirm payment method for duty & taxes when required

Exports

• Arrange flight bookings with carriers and 3rd party provider
• Prepare packaging and/or refrigerants for each shipment
• Mark and label shipments in accordance with local regulations and the IATA DGR
• Check and tally MAWB, Airline labels against shipment details and packaging for export
• Follow destination office sending instructions
• Enter all applicable extra charges for each job
• Update and manifest jobs, including attaching documents to Opti view
• Ensure FHL & FWB data through airline portal
• Obtain necessary endorsements / clearance with applicable government agencies when appropriate
• Confirm uplift (postflight) for all outbound shipments including agent locations & airline transfers
• Perform station transfer for shipments transiting Singapore
• Check and replenish refrigerants when necessary for all outbound shipments including shipments transiting Singapore

· Responsible for maintaining/implementing Driver & Vehicle Safety Framework (DEL-01-01) for sites & gas & gear within area of responsibility.

· Responsible for ensuring compliance at Golden Rules & Driver Safety Policy

· Responsible for the assurance that the following activity are being done and working: Driver Duty Hours Compliance & Monitoring, Pre & Post trip inspections, Compliance to Tire & Seatbelt, Compliance to Brake Testing as schedule, Compliance to Roadworthiness & Steering Test, Compliance of trucks, prime movers, trailers, ISO tanks & tanker to Standard and Compliance to Green Folder Requirement (Transport Safety Directives) for plant sites & gas & gears.

· Ensure accuracy of hauler billing (reliability, km run).

· Ensure schedule compliance of trips to customers based on orders.

· Come up with a daily bulk delivery schedule at 12:00 PM and PGP scheduler at 5:00 PM with ETA – Expected Time of Arrival per customers.

· Maintain close communications with key stakeholders in dispatch, customer service, sales, operations, transport and production to ensure timely completion of schedule and producing the most cost and operationally effective schedule daily.

· Accountable by ensuring timely and accurate reporting/submission such as but not limited to: Daily Trip Monitoring, Truck reliability, Next day delivery schedule, Early Morning Delivery, Issue Log, Duty Hours Monitoring, Service quality measures, OBC Violation Monitoring, Tire Management / policies, Take 5 / driver engagement and Toolbox Minutes.

· Execute confirmation of delivery notes for bulk deliveries, PGP deliveries and gas and gear.

· Send a weekly shipping schedule to Cylinder Supply Chain Management (CSCM) warehouse supervisors.

· Prepare delivery notes for gas and gear customers’.

Requirements

· Min. Diploma in Supply Chain

· Comfortable to travel to Jurong Island (i.e., shuttle bus service provided near Lakeside) wef Jan 2024.

· Clear understanding of the logistics environment in the country.

· Proficiency in using MS Office skills, SAP (MM) module etc.

· Ability to take quick decisions based on circumstances, data support system.
