Job Responsibilities

- Provide secretarial support to the Director, including screening of calls, scheduling of meetings and appointments

- Management of email correspondences, drafting of replies

- Attending to guests and visitors

- Preparation for meetings

- Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of clients/contact information for the Management Office.

- General office administrative duties includes attending to walk-ins, assisting to answer phone calls

- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management

1) Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.

2) Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4) Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6) Strong organizational and time-management skills.
