• Tailored and reviewed marketing and communication materials and proposals according to milestones, required deliverables and budget
• Planned and executed social media campaigns independently to strengthen brand loyalty and conversion rates, boost product ratings and reviews, and leverage customer interactions for insights and communication
• Initiated and spearheaded KOL activations and productive collaborations with external partners to engage target audience
• Readily attended to key account manager, customers and external stakeholders' needs regarding industry trends, marketing activities, branding guidelines, product technicalities, etc.
• Supported the deployment of the adapted Customer Experience Management go-to-market strategy and KPIs issued by the regional team

[Branding, Digital Marketing, and Media Buying]

- Handle website and CRM system (customer relationship management);

- Brainstorm marketing initiatives with in-house team & agencies, execute ad hoc tasks;

- Follow the media buying strategy and liaise with influencers, media and other suppliers.

[Social Media Content Management]

- Manage the brands' social media accounts and assets, including interacting with followers and responding to comments, inquiries and complaints;

- Collaborate with marketing team to plan content for social media calendar, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and RED etc.

- Coordinate among various functional agencies (design, MCN, vendors) and outlets to maintain branding consistency;

- Provide tracking, analysis, insights of various platforms’ performance for automotive brands and competitor brands via monthly reports;

Requirements

- Preferably a Degree qualification

- Familiar with various social media platforms and know the user habits and trend;

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign will be a PLUS;

- Passionate about F&B industry and lifestyle related content; Good communication skills.

Job Summary

This role responsible for inventory management and inventory control in Accounting System and Warehouse.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Company’s inventory management and maintenance.

2. Responsible for monitoring stock movements and maintenance at third party locations.

3. Responsible for managing the physical loading, unloading, storage of inventory and picking / packing when required.

4. Ensure compliance with inventory control processes with respect to movement of stock, item planning and control, re-order level, monitoring of non-moving items, timely discarding of approved scrap items.

5. Responsible for appropriate classification, segregation and maintenance of stock in designated areas.

6. Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained, referenced and filed.

7. Ensure compliance with inventory related updating in Accounting System.

8. Responsible for periodic stock taking, updating and reporting to all stakeholders.

9. Ensure proper co-ordination and communication with teams across all Company locations.

10. Responsible for timely identification of inventory variances, reporting and maintenance of records for variances.

11. Responsible for introducing appropriate procedures for control lapse if any.

12. Responsible for daily & monthly MIS reports to the stakeholders on regular basis and as per the requests by the concerned department as and when required.

13. Responsible for safe handling of inventory.

14. Additional duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

-Min Diploma or Degree

-Min 1 year working experience in related field

-prior experience in inventory management would be at advantage but not a must

-Possess knowledge of Microsoft excel
