As an EO Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for Electro-optics system site support, perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and failure analysis to determine the cause of failure for the system. • Generates incremental revenue through prospecting, cold calling, up-selling and cross-selling activities within an account.
• Prepares standard quotations and proposals.
• Maintaining the credibility of the customers’ payment terms via prompt collections, close monitoring of accounts and having external information, insights and business intelligence, on credit issues of your customers.
• Update sales data in Navision system.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree / Professional Qualifications
• Working experience in B2B sales / business development
• Sales & product training provided.
• Maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with meeting new people on a daily basis.
• Basic skills in MS Office (Words, Excel)

• Knowledge on Navision system would be an advantage

Join Great Eastern as a Product Specialist, Telemarketing, where you'll have the opportunity to market personal line products to OCBC customers through outbound efforts and provide exceptional service for inbound sales inquiries.

You will also take charge of achieving sales goals and finding new ways to grow your customer base with cross-selling and up-selling strategies.

The Job

• Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards;
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;
• Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence;
• Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities;
• Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards;
• Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment;
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma;
• Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI will be preferred;
